About Brittany Rogers Picard

Director/Owner of Four Directions

M. Ed., BCBA

Brittany Rogers became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in May 2017. Her graduate coursework  prepared her for board examination and was completed at the University of Cincinnati. Brittany graduated in August 2015 with her Master's in Education with a focus on the Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis. In addition to her coursework, Brittany  completed the required 1,500 hours of supervision under several distinguished BCBA's in Denver. Prior to pursuing her board certification, Brittany was the case manager for an Autism Intensive Learning Center (ILC) in Boulder Valley School District for two and a half years. To gain more clinical experience, Brittany left the school district and worked with Continuum Autism Spectrum Alliance in Denver for six months.

As she gained more knowledge around the clinical applications of Applied Behavior Analysis, she was eager to get back into the school district to apply her new knowledge. She took a position with Jefferson County Public Schools, in the Front Range of Colorado, as a site-based Behavior Analyst. Brittany enjoyed the experience of a pilot position in the district but Telluride, Colorado was always calling her name. She applied and was offered the job as the Telluride High School Special Education teacher. While enjoying getting back to the classroom, her heart yearned for behavior analysis. After the 2016-2017 school year, Brittany took a position with the Uncompaghre Board of Cooperative Education Services (UnBOCES) as the Behavior Analyst. Currently, she is fulfilling the position and is eager to be the first Behavior Analyst for the unBOCES.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys being out in her beautiful backyard, the San Juan mountains. She loves to hike with her husband Tyler & chocolate lab Kai. She also is  a certified yoga teacher and enjoys practicing yoga and also teaching when she can. You can also find her cheering on the Denver Broncos every Sunday during football season.
